  • Quotations: Quotations provided for customized PCs or corporate orders are valid for a period of [e.g., 3 or 7] days due to market fluctuations in IT hardware prices.

3. Payments

  • We accept payments via Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and Bank Transfers.

  • Full payment is required before the dispatch of any goods.

  • For custom-built PCs or special orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required.

4. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability within Sri Lanka.

  • T Tech Solutions is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

  • Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery.

5. Warranty and Repairs

  • Manufacturer Warranty: Most products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. T Tech Solutions acts as a facilitator for these warranty claims.

  • Voiding Warranty: Warranty is void if the “Warranty Seal” is broken, or if the product shows signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Service Turnaround: Repair times depend on the availability of spare parts and the authorized service center’s timeline. We are not responsible for data loss during repairs; customers are advised to back up all data before handing over devices.

6. Limitation of Liability

T Tech Solutions (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use our products.

7. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the T Tech Solutions website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of T Tech Solutions (Pvt) Ltd and is protected by Sri Lankan intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colombo.
